1.2 - Downloading/Installing Perl

Windows
This is one of less common operating systems for running perl/cgi scripts. However it has proven to be very effectient and effective for beginner users who would like to experiment offline.

If your interested in installing perl onto your own system, I suggest downloading a copy of active perl. www.activeperl.com (Link Updated)

You may also want to interface it with apache (32-bit, for windows). www.apache.org

These are both two programs I have successfully installed on my home machine, and have proven to work great so far. Allowing me to execute cgi/perl scripts through my web browser.
