Matt Kruse's HTML Replace Script

nobody.cgi
- nobody.cgi is a script that you can use to execute commands on the server as
user:nobody. Do you have a message board, counter or any other script on your
server that generates files? If you've ever tried to manually edit one of these files you
surely noticed that you can't because you are not the owner. user:nobody owns the
file and you can't edit it! Using nobody.cgi, you can can create, delete, view, modify
and change permission on files owned by user:nobody.
